Directory membership is invite-based: you join using an invitation token given by the committee. You are responsible for keeping your token safe and your details accurate and up to date.
The directory exists to keep alumni connected. Do not use alumni data for spam, bulk commercial offers, harassment, or any purpose outside the spirit of the community.
The data you enter remains yours; you grant the community permission to display it in the directory according to the visibility toggles you set. The Bhawikarsu name, logo, and identity remain the property of their respective owners.
This site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we work to keep your data safe, we cannot guarantee the site will always be available or error-free. Please keep your own records and do not rely on this site as your only archive.
We may update these terms as the site grows and new features are added. Significant changes will be marked with an updated date.
