Free Violin Classes for Children at an Orphanage
The violin is often seen as an expensive instrument, out of reach. A BWKS Musik alumni wanted to break that assumption.
He brought a few borrowed violins to an orphanage, teaching the children to hold the bow and read basic notation every weekend.
The first strokes are certainly off-key, but the sparkle in the children's eyes when they manage a whole song is what keeps him coming back.
